This article attempts through the comparison of the "Yuan" and "Ming Dynasty"compilation and its background,compiling ideas,compilation style,hope can enable more people to deepen their understanding of the "Yuan","Ming Dynasty"understanding,so as to have a more comprehensive understanding of the history of the two,is helpful to the further study of the history of the two,at the same time also I hope it would be helpful to the compilation of contemporary history.Ming Xu Da captured Da du,"Thirteen yuan" in the post,so as to be reference to other materials,into the "Yuan" of a book.Because the Yuan Dynasty is the large unified regime established by ethnic minorities,so pay attention to the preservation of their culture,language is the Mongol and Yuan Dynasty,left by the historical data is written in mongolian.And the compilation of the "Yuan" the Mongolian folk scholars do not understand,the available data is very limited,so after the historical mistakes into a lot more criticism for later scholars.Qing compile "Ming Dynasty",with sufficient information,many scholars involved in editing style,perfect.So after the "Ming Dynasty" was invented,appraised by scholars at that time high.Compared with other official history,"history of the Ming Dynasty" is one of the better part of the repair,but there are many shortcomings.Although there are many scholars on the "Yuan","Ming Dynasty" to do a lot of research,but on the two the history of comparative is very small.This paper attempts to make a comparative of the two.Mainly divided into the following parts:The first chapter is on the "Yuan" and "Ming Dynasty" compilation and its background,reasons are introduced,then the compilation quality of the staff and the historical charge were compared.The second chapter compilation thoughts on the"Yuan" and "Ming Dynasty" to be introduced,through the analysis of the emperor’s will Chen hall,museum,Museum of history to explore the impact of the book.The third chapter through their troduction of the "Yuan" and "Ming Dynasty" compilation,innovation and evolution of different historical era style.The book features of"history"and "history of the Ming Dynasty" is briefly introduced,in order to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the two history,and the important position of the two history books in the history of Chinese historiography.
