Baudrillard's Early Study Of Symbol Theory

Baudrillard's early symbolic theory presents trend of from metaphysical to practical.In the "object system",he based on the symbol,to build a set of items symbol compilation of the overall rules,this rule has become an ontological rules.In the "consumer society",Baudrillard used the symbolic rules of the "system of things"to analyze the real world.He use symbolic as the basis,object as a representation,human as a object,to describe society of rich in surface but unfair in essence.there has been a problem in the study of Baudrillard's early symbol theory:people have been staying in the criticism of Baudrillard's consumer society pessimism,but failed to built a symbolic basis.The The reason for this problem is that,there is no division of the three "ranges" of the concept of symbols in the consumer society.Baudrillard's consumer society is pessimistic,and the solution is utopian,which is mainly two aspects:First,he use "rich society in the chaos" and "symbolic exchange" to deny the consumer society,which is useless.Second,"anti-discourse" is a negative program of the consumer society,but "anti-discourse" itself is the result of symbolic coding,so the consumer society is a closed ring,which can not beyond.The value of Baudrillard's early symbol theory has three aspects:the first,to recognize t negative values in present society;the second,to recognize the current social and social stratification of the new standards;the third,to recognize the invasion of foreign brands in China.
