YueYu is a special literary style,applied to performance occasions in the Song Dynasty.The special performance pattern creates the formation of YueYu.Compared with those of other literary style,the creation quantity of YueYu is relatively small,but it plays an important role in people's life in the song dynasty.This paper take YueYu as the research object,taking the combinative way of textual research,statistics and appreciation,discusses the YueYu's overview,development and evolution,basic structure,content,performance form and effect and so on.The whole paper consists of four chapters:The first chapter is mainly about the basic situation of YueYu in Song Dynasty.On the basis of discussing the previous researches,combing and investigating the text of YueYu,this chapter mainly illustrates the following questions:firstly,defined the concept of the YueYu in Song Dynasty;secondly,investigates the author of the YueYu in Song Dynasty;thirdly,combing the retention of the YueYu in Song Dynasty;lastly,analyze the Application occasions of the YueYu in Song Dynasty.In order to showing the general picture of the YueYu in the Song Dynasty,and to lay the foundation for the later discussion.The second chapter is combing the development of the YueYu in Song Dynasty.YueYu as an applicative literary style,the "Zhuobo" have formed from Tang Dynasty is it's direct origin,the Trinity of Poetry,Music and Dance and the banquet poetry are it's indirect origin.YueYu formed in Song Dynasty is closely related with the special political and economic environment.After it is formed,it preliminary development in Taizu to Zhezong period,thrived and prospered in Huizong to Xiaozong period,declined after Guangzong period.Finally it depressed with the depression of the Song Dynasty and the change of the dance and music performance system.The third chapter inspects YueYu's structure,content and artistic features.YueYu is a kind of special applied literary style;it has its own unique structure and organizational form.Look at the retained text at present,YueYu's basic structure consists of fifteen parts,this fifteen parts can be adjusted according to the size of the banquet.In the aspect of ideological content,YueYu that applied to official banquets mostly sing praises of someone.In addition to the YueYu that applied to official banquets,others usually can break through the limitations of sing praises,more personalized expression of true feelings.Because YueYu applied to performance occasions,with property of entertaining guests,therefore,it presents the elegant and humor artistic features.At the same time,YueYu has strong dialogism and scene feeling.The fourth chapter discusses YueYu's performing form and its effects.The biggest difference between YueYu and other literary forms that it has the function of performance and host,therefore,the first section in this chapter will be placed YueYu on the stage,probe into its performing procedures and forms,in order to restore its real performance.The second section in this chapter studies the effect of YueYu.On the one hand,this paper explores YueYu's effects to drama in Song and Yuan Dynasty.On the other hand,this paper to explore YueYu's effects to host language,think that the YueYu in Song Dynasty could be seen as the prototype of the modern host language.
