In the modern enterprise management,the importance of human resources management is more prominent.While human resources management in the family business is not only related to its current situation,but also poses a great impact on its success or failure.Human Resources in the Family Business(Chapter 4,5)systematically states relevant contents about talents recruiting and selection in the family business.After translating the original text,the translator analyzes fuzzy languages used in the original text and illustrates translation strategies used to translate them.Moreover,informative sentences that aim to transfer information,knowledge and suggestions take up the vast majority in the original text.Consequently,the translator analyzes sentence pattern features of informative sentences and elaborates translation strategies.In addition,the translator presents translatability limits of language in the original text and proposes related strategies.The translator wishes that domestic family businesses could learn from foreign experiences to improve themselves while making contribution to the translation research of similar texts.
