Spatial Navigation(SN)is a capability to make the course to focus on somewhere by estimating and controlling the trajectory of a spacecraft, the task is to determine the position and speed of the spacecraft relative to the selected reference coordinate system during orbit determination.Navigation performance is an important part of measuring aviation safety behavior.Time compression effect is that from action begin to achieve of the time dimension's compression. The time compression effect of flight space navigation is one of the important characteristics of the accompanying time dimension. The study of time compression effect is helpful to deepen the understanding of consciousness and time perception and helpful to the pilots to get the current flight path and reduce the errors, and accurately predict the future flight path to improve the performance of the navigation. With the rapid increase in the number of modern aviation aircraft, the requirements of space navigation performance is also getting higher and higher. Most of the traditional navigation performance research on the three-dimensional space is relatively few,and the influence of speed, acceleration and deflection angle on navigation performance is only focused on the single aspect of navigation performance. In the feedback mode,it has been concluded that the text feedback can replace or partly replace the traditional voice feedback mode.Compared with the voice feedback, the graphical feedback also shows a certain advantage. This study takes the aeronautical field as an example, creatively divides the navigation performance into U-turn performance and return performance, and evaluates the return performance and the time-estimated compression effect from four aspects:distance error, angle error, position error and return time and systematically explore the effect of spatial dimension, speed, acceleration, deflection angle and feedback mode on navigation performance and time compression in flight space navigation. This study consists of three experimental components:Expl:Influence of spatial dimension on navigation performance and time compression effect. The outbound path is divided into two-dimensional paths and three-dimensional paths, the results show that there is time compression effect in the process of flight and return to the three-dimensional path, but there is only time compression effect in the process of returning to the two-dimensional path, the interaction between the subject type and the spatial dimension has a significant effect on the U-turn angle.Exp2:Effects of speed, acceleration and deflection angle on navigation performance and time compression effect. The results show that,in three-dimensional space, too fast, uniform acceleration and pitch deflection, there is a significant time compression effect both in the flight and return process, too slow and roll deflection produced only time compression effect when the aircraft return. The speed, acceleration and deflection angle do not affect the accuracy of return time estimation;the speed significantly affects the return time, the acceleration significantly affects the distance error.Exp3:Effects of different feedback modes on navigation performance and time compression. The results show that voice feedback, text feedback and graphical feedback have significant time compression effect in the process of returning, and the time compression effect of graphic feedback is greater than that of voice feedback and text feedback. With the increase in number of flights, the flight navigation performance is improved, but the time compression effect does not decrease or disappear. The text feedback of the flight space navigation performance is the best, followed by the graphical feedback, the worst voice feedback.A combination of three experiments can lead to the following findings:(1)The spatial dimension affects the time estimation and the U-turn angle. The time compression effect of the three-dimensional space is greater than that of the two-dimensional space, and the U-turn angle of the three-dimensional space is significantly greater than that of the two-dimensional space.Compared with the flight, the return time is estimated to produce a greater time compression effect.(2)The speed, acceleration, and deflection angles do not affect the accuracy of flight time estimation. The speed significantly affects the actual return time, and the acceleration significantly affects the distance error. The same roll angle, different roll direction, right roll navigation performances are better than the left roll.(3)With the increase in the number of flights, the navigation performance of the subjects is improved, but the time compression effect does not decrease or disappear.Text feedback flight space navigation performance is the best, followed by graphical feedback, the worst voice feedback.Flight safety is the guarantee of the effective operation of civil aviation. The results show that enhance the ability of the pilot to estimate the time and improve the flight navigation feedback mode can effectively improve the flight space navigation performance and aviation safety level. In addition,it provides a preliminary empirical basis for the feasibility of flight simulation training.
