The Influencing Factors And Intervention Research Of College Students' Self-confidence

On the basis of the study of College Students' emotional quality,this paper makes a more in-depth study of the sense of self-confidence of the emotional subordinates in the emotional quality system.The so-called sense of confidence refers to their ability to learn certain emotions,as the emotional component of confidence,is of great significance to the cultivation of one's personality,university stage is the key to college students employment,society and knowledge and ability is the final reserve period,the formation of values,build confidence,cultivate during the period of healthy self and personality.In this period,the formation and stability of self-confidence will directly affect the employment of college students,the attitude of life and even the whole life in the future.However,a survey has shown that the overall confidence level of Chinese college students is relatively low.This study can not only enrich the content of emotional psychology,deepen the research of College Students' emotional quality,but also have certain practical guiding significance.Based on literature review and interview survey compiled the questionnaire of factors affecting college students' self-confidence sense of confidence questionnaire,college students,and the questionnaire sense of present situation and influence factors of College Students' self-confidence,develop the intervention projects group counseling on College Students' sense of confidence and practice training methods of College Students' sense of self-confidence.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)College students "self confidence questionnaire","College Students' confidence factors questionnaire" has good reliability and validity,the "College Students' self-confidence factors questionnaire" questionnaire consisting of themselves,family and school three factors,the influence degree from high to low is their own,school and family.The questionnaire can be used as a testing tool for the factors affecting the self-confidence of college students.(2)The overall self-confidence of college students is low and needs to be improved.Among them,the sense of self-confidence of undergraduates is significantly higher than that of junior college students.The self confidence of college student cadres is higher than that of non student cadres,and the self-confidence of college students with higher scores is higher.(3)The intervention of emotional formation,such as the evaluation system and the enhancement of emotional experience,can promote the development of College Students' sense of confidence.
