The objective of this paper is a thorough study on affected factors to seek- job self-confident within high-grade students in university. And based on this, screening some job-seekers lack of confidence of high-grade students and training them through group mental counseling. In the experimental intervention in the process, improving their Seek-job self-confidence and obtainning the effective programmes.To attain these goals,this paper is divided into two parts:Research One and Research Two.The purposes of Research One are to explore whole self-confident condition of the high-grade student in university, analysis the correlation between seek-job self-confident and its influence factors, and to offer the theoretic warrant for the latter stage's mental counseling . Research One has the of 5 colleges in shanghai as subjects,who were investigated by using the Self-confidence Scale,Seek-job self-confidence Questionnaire,then has discussed the correlation between the whole self-confident and seek-job self-confident, as well as the influence factors of seek-job self-confident.The conclusion of this part are as follows:(1) High-grade students in in Shanghai's university the overall level of the whole self-confident is more ideal, but there are still 9.9% of the students in below the medium level.(2) The whole self-confident and seek-job self-confident mutual influence, partial students'whole self-confident level is medium, but their seek-job self-confident level is very low (accounts for 20.9%). The whole self-confident level is higher is stabler,and the less vulnerable to external environmental impact.(3) Seek-job anxiety, the whole self-confident and Self-cognition level will be a Remarkable impact on the level of personal self-confidence in the seeking job.The goals of Research two are to enhance the higher grade students'seek-job self-confidence lever with group mental counseling,and test the effectiveness of Group Program by Experiment.To that end, 23 job-seekers lack of confidence of the university graduates in the counseling be divided into experimental and control groups, the experimental group was 11,and the time lasts for 2 months with 8 interventions. Using the meter appraisal, the process appraisal and the tracing appraisal unifies, Qualitative and quantitative assessment of combining assessment to test the effect of intervention.The conclusion of this part are as follows:(1) This research carries on the group mental counseling with seek-job self-confident to be able effective to enhance the university graduates'self-confidence.(2) This group Programme to be practical and feasible, which can alleviate the employment anxious mood, raise university student's self-cognition level, enhance the university graduates'seek-job self-confidence.(3) self-confidence is a multi-structure psychological components, which needs to carry on the consummation and the promotion from the multi-channel multiple perspectives .
