With the rapid development of the society and the promotion of the reform of the 3+3 college entrance examination in Shanghai,the research of career planning has aroused wide attention of the society,and the high school stage is the key period for students,facing the choice of 3+3,professional choice and career choice.This research takes the characteristics of high school students' career maturity as a breakthrough point to develop and implement a series of psychological micro courses based on career education as the core,and provide suggestions for career guidance for basic education.This research is designed as two parts.In the first part,516 senior high school students ranging from 16 to 18 years old,complete the revised edition of The Career Maturity Questionnaire of High School Students,The Perceived Social Support Scale and The Self Identity Questionnaire as the research tools to investigate the overall career maturity,perceived social support,self identity and development characteristics of high school students.It is found that the career maturity of high school students is at a moderate level.The high school students' perceived social support is at the medium level,and the self identity of high school students is at the lower level.High school students with different demographic characteristics have different degrees of difference in their career maturity,perceived social support,self identity and their dimensions.In the second part of the research,a total of 82 students in high school were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group.40 students in the experimental group were intervened for a period of six months of occupational maturity,two hours a week,a total of 32 hours,and the control group did not do any thing.The experimental group received the pre test and post test of The Career Maturity Questionnaire of High School Students,the changes were observed.It was found that career maturity counseling course helps improve the career maturity of senior high school students,and the effect of counseling is remarkable.
