Research On The Industrial Management Of Film And Television Bases In Heilongjiang Province

In recent years,China's film and television base industry expanded rapidly.Hundreds of film and Television City,or theme park emerged,however,the overall operating situation is not optimistic.This paper first reviews the development and research status of foreign and domestic film and television base.This paper analyzes the role of government in the process of industrialization of film and television base,and emphatically introduces the policy system and specific encouragement policy of the current management of film and television base in Heilongjiang province.In addition,the article deeply analyzes the current problems of Heilongjiang province on the development of television base,whose responsibility orientation is not clear enough,planning of film and television base industry is not explicit,the film and television base industry management system is imperfect,and so on.Around these issues,the author analyzed the reasons behind the problem.In order to improve the overall service level of Heilongjiang film and television base industry and contribute to the prosperity and development of Longjiang culture,the author gave a series of solutions to the problem,such as A clear function positioning,an innovative management system,or improving government management ability.
