Research On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Zhejiang Film And Television Base

This study is based on the film industry,through deeply researching on the film and television base of Zhejiang Province to summarize the problems in the actual operation and put forward feasible industrialization transformation strategies of film and television base.First of all,this study systematically interprets the concept of the film industry.On this basis,extracting four characteristics of film industry "standardized production,typed films,modern management and large-scale innovation.” Then analyzes the connotation to the film and television base and the successful experience of the Hollywood film and Oriental film capital.Through inspecting to Hengdian film and television city,Haining film and television base,Huzhou film and television city and The South-North Lake film and television base,analyzed the problems they faced by the base in production and operation.Finally,in the context of the film industry,this study puts forward four measures: uniform production standard to regulate the import and export of films;classify audience tastes to promote film type output;center on film projects to implement modern management;increase capital investment to realize hardware and software innovation to promote the industrial transformation of film and television to promoting Zhejiang province's film prosperity.
