1Research Target: To understand the Shouguang City Public Security Bureau civil servant police officers constitution status and living habits, analysis the problem of public security civil servant's constitution and living habits, guide the public security civil servants to do physical exercise and make good living habits with scientific methods.2Research method: To understand their living habits by methods of physical monitoring instrument and questionnaires, comprehensive test results and the results of the questionnaire.3Results3.1As the body morphology, the male civil servants in Shouguang City Public Security Bureau, their height decrease with growth of age, the difference of female height between each age is not obvious; female civil servants' weight was significantly increase with the age, as male,their body weight increases at first and then decreased; BMI index of male and female civil servants are both increase in with age; muscle volume of male decrease with age but the changes of female muscle are not obvious.3.2The body function of male and female servants both show a rising trend with age,although the systolic pressure of female civil servants rise with age increased, but changes are in the normal range, while the mean value of male civil servants' systolic blood pressure is in the scope of the critical hypertension in the age degree of 55~60, the average of hard and harder appear in the blood vessel elasticity. The result of bone mineral density is satisfied of male and female, most people in the normal range, there are 26.2% people's bone appear some hole, only4% of people with osteoporosis. Spinal flexibility evaluation of Shouguang City civil service is good, but the spinal posture and spinal stability is not very well.3.3In the life habit, 26.8% of the subjects smoking, 57.5% of subjects drinking, sleeping time generally range from 6h to 9h, 63.1% of subjects do physical exercise, the majority does physical exercise 3~4 times every week, 30~90min each time, because without free time,the others do not participate in physical activity. The subjects have reasonable eating habits, almost everyone have breakfast on time, people who can eat breakfast 4 times or more a week account for 87.2% of the total; the civil service who taste sweets occasionally account for 72.6% of the total; and the people who eat high calorie food occasionally taste accounted for79.3% of the total.3.4Relationship between corporeity and living habits: Drinking leads to blood pressure go high; the blood vessel elasticity is related with smoking closely, drinking quicken the osseous loss and lead to osteoporosis, backbone function has no remarkable relationship with exercise, soas BMI with sweets.4Summary4.1Male height and muscle mass with age and decline, women did not change significantly;and the BMI index increased with the age increased, but no significant correlation with sweets.All subjects spinal flexibility is good, and the spinal posture and stability.4.2With the increase of age, male and female civil servants increased blood pressure, blood vessel elasticity decreased, and the men and women in the obvious change, changes in the normal range.4.3Decreased smoking can cause elevated blood pressure and vascular elasticity, often drinking not only elevated blood pressure, and decreased bone mineral density.
