Analysis On Police Physical Quality And Countermeasures

People’s police for the special mission of maintaining national security and social security order,always under the crisis and high pressure to protect citizens’ life and property safety,due to the particularity of the profession,the police fitness in police in police activities,is the basis of police skills and police combat training,is also the police in squat,arrest criminal suspects and deal with sudden mass malignant cases.And at the basic level,the on-the-job police will focus on maintaining social security order,improve solving rate,complete special index task,for police physical training is not enough attention to the police work intensity,working time is not fixed,lack of rest time,physical quality decline,urgent need for more effective physical training methods and rules for training,cultivate a "can fight,public security tiejun".Through the literature method,expert interview method,test,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method,to Zhanjiang,Guangdong province by the open area(known as economic and technological development zone)public security bureau on-the-job police physical quality,from the overall situation,body characteristics,physical quality,physical training,and find out the factors affecting on-the-job police physical training,for on-the-job police physical quality research puts forward the following countermeasures:1.Improve the importance of physical training of in-service police officers.Starting from the leading group,we discussed and analyzed the assessment results of on-the-job police over the years,found out the lack of physical quality of on-the-job police,restrained the police to participate in physical training through rules and regulations,and rewarded the physical training activists under the supervision mechanism to form a good atmosphere of physical training.2.Improve the funds guarantee for the physical training of in-service police officers.We should take the initiative to actively apply for physical training funds,and at the same time mobilize the strength of the trade union to allocate some funds to buy affordable physical training equipment,and set up special gyms in various departments to improve the material guarantee of physical training of in-service police.3.Cultivate a team of in-service police physical training instructors.Need in the branch existing instructor team,on the basis of training physical training theory knowledge and training methods,once a month course research and development,held a physical training teaching collective training,various department instructors will learn physical training teaching content to the department police teaching guidance,eventually form a physical training teaching system.4.Establish a supervision and reward mechanism for physical training for in-service police officers.Face recognition punching equipment and check-in thin should be set up at the door of the gym of various departments,and in-service police are required to train at least twice a week.The daily training time is recommended for 15 minutes to 30 minutes after work,and the "physical training pioneer" should be selected once a quarter as the reference basis for personal evaluation,evaluation and performance assessment.5.Improve the methods and means of on-the-job police.The in-service physical training of on-service police adopts Cross Fit training method from Monday to Friday,and the in-service police adopt different training contents according to different police types,and switch back and forth between the three modes of weightlifting movement training,gymnastics movement training and single structure metabolic training,so as to finally realize the comprehensive development of various physical quality under the Cross Fit training method.
