Study On The Work Of Party Construction Of The Petroleum Enterprise Based On Its Core Competitiveness

This thesis explored how to strengthen and improve party building of state-owned enterprises underthe new situation, thus enhance the vitality of party building work of the oil companies and the corecompetitiveness of enterprises. The core competitiveness of enterprises was introduced to the work of partybuilding research areas of the oil companies. The dialectical relationship was revealed between the oilcompanies party building and the core competitiveness of enterprises. Thus their organic links was made.This thesis begins with the present situation and existing problems of party building work of the oilcompanies, especially the difficulties arising from how to strengthen party building of the oil companiesand enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and how to cultivate its mechanism or linkage. Thethesis analyzed these problems respectively from the following aspects: party members management,ideological and political work, the grass-roots party organizations, mass work, honest government, then itput forward a new way of party building work of the oil companies in order to help enhance the corecompetitiveness of enterprises considering the following aspects: the corporation of human resources,cultural corporation and business execution, the ability of cohesion, the ability of control.In order to promote party building of oil companies under the new circumstances, the thesis aims toprovide guidelines and theory of reference to "take the initiative to adapt to the deepened reform of thecorporation and shareholding systems, to establish the new requirements of modern enterprise system, takeinitiative to adapt to the new features of participating in international competition and expanding theopening up, adapt to the new changes of ideas of the workforce and demanding interests of party membersof the coropration, continuously improve the level of the work of party building in state-ownedenterprises"Based on Marxist theory with Chinese characteristics, Chinese Communist Party theory, the thesisdeveloped its research work on party building around the oil companies in the new era. The thesis isdivided into five parts: core competitiveness of enterprises; overview of the party building of oilcompanies; dialectical relationship between the enterprise's core competitiveness with petroleum enterpriseparty building; analysis of oil companies in the New Party Building; the construction of Party buildingpattern of the oil companies for the purpose of enhancing the enterprises' core competitiveness.
