Due to Germany and Austria, Greece earlier joined by Western Europe countries initiated the establishment of the European economic community which is today's union, although they belong to central Europe in the geographical position, but people usually be included in the scope of Western Europe.In central and eastern Europe is a geopolitical concept, due to the special geographic location and complicated political landscape, has been the focus in the study of international politics. On the stage of world politics, central and eastern European countries are still of the great powers compete for hegemony in Europe, has been not realize their own interests and demands. In 1989, the complete collapse in central and eastern Europe countries, socialist system of the central and east European countries into a new historical period, get rid of the control of the Soviet union,actively involved in Europe, more than 20 years since the transformation of central and eastern Europe has experienced wind and rain, this is one of the world history, a profound transformation, the very wide range of social change, effective transformation not only bring the change of the society, also makes people think about some important theoretical problems.This paper includes four parts: the first part is the definition of the central and eastern Europe political transition in central and eastern Europe is in recent years the rise of a call, is a geopolitical concept.
