Research On The Management System Of High-tech Zones

As the high-tech revolution promote the economic development,High-tech Zone emerges at the right moment.Since 1980 s,High-tech Zone has developed,however,it promotes the technological transformation of the traditional industry in our country.It is also make positive influence to area economy and revolution of operation system.The innovation goal of High-tech Zone management committee is innovation of service mode.How to transform to pubic-service government,high-tech-enterprises' service,industry-development service and inner social-service.This paper is based on the background above.This paper is from the Administration's perspective,study the management and operation system of Xi'an High-tech Zone in pubic-service theory.It is also combined author's own experience as an intern in management committee of High-tech Zone.There are three main parts of this paper:(1)First,introduce the features in home and abroad of administration management operation of High-tech Zone.(2)Then,from the perspective of new pubic-service theory,analysis the innovation of management committee's operation in High-tech Zone.The innovation goal of High-tech Zone management committee is innovation of service mode.How to transform to pubic-service government,to high-tech-enterprises' service,industry-development service and inner social-service.(3)At last try to propose the suggestion of administration management operation of High-tech Zone purposefully.The creation of this paper:(1)from the Administration's perspective,study the management and operation system of Xi ' an High-tech Zone in pubic-service theory.(2)This paper is based on the current situation,set an example to other studies followed.
