With the development of market economy,Management Committee of Hi-tech Development Zone(hereinafter referred to as Hi-tech Zone)to meet market demand.After 20 years of development,High-tech Zone has basically completed the primitive accumulation,entering to the transforming development,innovating development,Green development for the concept of secondary innovation entrepreneurship.The reform of the system,mechanism and supporting measures aims at forming the five best systems,the best innovation,the optimal scale,the best industry and the best environment.As a first-level government agency,High-tech Zone is a local government agency,which is different from the administrative organ in a certain sense.Taking the park construction and development and serving the enterprises in the park as its own responsibility,it has more responsibilities to create a good environment for the development of the enterprise.Due to the influence of economic globalization,the competition between regions growing,High-tech Zone is restricted by the development of space;the sustainable development of the high-tech development zone has become a very important issue.The high-tech development zone must break away from the traditional management mode,rely on the high level of Staff performance management,improve the staff's work efficiency and service ability,and realize the strategic goal of high-end positioning.In thispaper,starting from the basic theory and principles of Staff Performance Management,combined with the practice of G city High-tech Zone in recent years to explore,for the construction of Staff performance management system and put forward its own views and Suggestions.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part mainly elaborates High-tech Zone the connotation and function of performance management,performance management goal,the organization foundation for high-tech Staffs,measurement system,using the results to illustrate the four elements,laid a theoretical basis for study of Staff performance management in the zone.The second part taking G city High-tech Zone as an example,using the methods of on-the-spot investigation and interviewing survey of G city characteristics and the current situation of Staff Performance Management of High-tech Zone made detailed introduction.In the third part,through the research and analysis of Staff Performance Management in the High-tech Zone of G city,the paper analyzes the existing difficulties and causes of the difficulties in the Staff Performance Management in the high-tech zone of G city.The fourth part is to improve the Staff Performance Management in the High-tech Zone,from the improvement of the performance management goal,the strengthening of the leadership,and the setting of the measurement system and the feedback of the results.
