Anti-corruption Research On Rural Community System Under The Perspective Of Governance Theory

Since ancient times our country is a agricultural country, farmers accounted for two-thirds of the population. The party and the government will always maintain "Three rural" issue as the first premise of the rural social development and stability, struggling for the realization of the well-off society."Three rural" issue has always been the principal problem in front of the party and the government,and the relationship is important to the party and national undertaking development of the global. But in recent years, in the vast rural communities, corrupt "small officer" of news events often to expose.Since the 1990s,in many western countries since the beginning of the theory of governance has solved a lot of questions about corruption, etc, therefore the rural community system of anti-corruption in the larger framework of governance theory and research on rural community system of anti-corruption, the research of the current rural community corruption is of great significance and puts forward relevant countermeasures. Based on on-the-spot investigation, expert discussion, and in the form of questionnaire survey and research, to analyze a rural community corruption in some county in GuangDong province. Aims to grass-roots village official corruption background, characteristics, reasons, such as analysis, summarized from the aspects of system and research, from the aspects of system construction put forward the feasible Suggestions to solve the problem of the village official corruption.This article USES the research methods and means are:comparative analysis, empirical analysis and system analysis.
