Duty crime is a serious crime, which could not only cause great harm to state property, but also seriously spoil the party discipline and damage the government's image and reputation. The psychological state of the persons being interrogated for duty crimes is quite complicated in the interrogative activity where even the efficient case settlers can't give an only definitive answer about what kind of questioning way is most efficient and which sentence is scientific.None of the cases have the case facts that can be copied and various factors such as different event, different space time, different interrogation process and crime cause etc.have formed absolute innovation. Each of such innovation will help our procuratorial personnel largely gather experience and expand way of thinking in the practices.Facing with the interrogation of investigators, some persons being interrogated flatly deny their criminal act, some keep silent, some look like an innocent lamb, some complain and call for redress who don't confess their corpus delicti, but, instead, speak about how they are successful or whitehanded with fervour and assurance, some conceal the important corpus delicti and plots by keeping silent about major charges while admitting minor ones though they confess their crimes, and there are still some who overthrow their original confession in part or in whole after having made a guilty confession. If the psychological resistance of the persons being interrogated isn't removed, they are unlikely to plead guilty. Therefore, once we have explored, analyzed and summarized the psychological confession process of the persons being interrogated for duty crimes with a purpose,we can break through the statement and find out the truth of the case. The author writes this article combining with the actual cases in the hope of providing a good train of thought for the research on the investigative interrogation of duty crime.
