Nowadays,Non-Governmental Organizations(NGOs),especially those western International Non-Governmental Organizations(INGOs),have a large development,which improves the political,economic,and cultural life of the world.But on the other side,some negative effects have been appearing.Since the implementation of Go Out Policy of Chinese enterprises,Chinese enterprises will increase their investment in Myanmar.Myanmar is a popular and important investment place for Chinese large state owned enterprises.However,some INGOs which make full use of their special identity act the Peaceful Evolution Strategy in Myanmar with the mask of “environmental protection” and “human rights”.Launching the Myanmar anti-dam movement,INGOs increase the risk of our important project investment in Myanmar simultaneously.INGOs try to replace “Paukphaw Friendship” with Neo-colonialism of China.Apart from introduction and conclusion.This dissertation includes four parts.First part introuduces the theory of studying NGOs,and the concept and features of INGOs.Second part analyzes how the INGOs affects our Go Out Policy,including the development of INGOs in Myanmar,and INGOs' positive and negtive influences on our Go Out Policy.Third part analyze the INGOs' participation in anti-dam movement in Myitsone issue,including the general introduction of Myitsone issue,analysis of sustainable effect of anti-dam movement in Myitsone issue.Fourth part provides suggestions on how to deal with the international NGOs which participated in the anti-dam movement.This dissertation focuses on the current situation of INGOs in Myanmar and the problems and challenges of Chinese companies investment in Myanmar by case studying of the Myitsone dam.The paper put forward some suggestions based on the risk of investment projects and national conditions,in addition to learn from INGOs advanced experience,accommodate the interests of government /local power and social citizen,interaction between cultural work,and economic and political activities,develop based on equality and mutual benefits.
