The main focus of this dissertation is the problem of Iraqi Jews to emigrate to Israel in the early 1950s. This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter reviews the history of the Jews in Iraq before the 1950s. Iraq is one of the most concentrated areas of the Middle East Jews.The Jews play an important role in the political, economic and cultural aspects, attention and protection by the government. But by the late 1940s, because of the foundation of Israel, the Iraqi officials began to anti-Semitism.It is serious harm to the Jews.with the rise of the Zionist movement in Iraq in the 1920s and the continuous development, these become the potential causes of Iraqi Jews immigrants.The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the reason of Iraqi Jews to emigrate to Israel at the beginning of the 1950s. Using push and pull theory, to analyze the reasons why the Jews emigrated to Israel. The push factor of immigrants mainly including during this period, with the influence the state of Israel, the Iraqi government's anti Semitic policies and Arab extreme nationalist propaganda forced the Jews to leave Iraq; The pull factor is mainly about the Zionist cruel measure and Israel government active immigrant absorption measures, the Jewish yearning for Israel. Final with these forces, they have no choice but go to Israel.The third chapter summarizes the process and main features of the Jewish immigrants in Iraq in the early 1950s.Because of the large number of immigrants, the process of their immigration to Israel is not plain sailing, transport and property transfer have emerged a lot of difficulties. This makes the immigration process showing a large scale, tortuous, full of hardships and the proportion of young people in the high proportion of the overall characteristics.The fourth chapter summarizes the influence of the early 1950s caused by Iraqi Jews to emigrate to Israel. It made Iraq economic and cultural loss seriously. But It consolidate the Israel as the state of the new country, and promote the development of economy and culture.The migration is carried out under the background of the cold war between the United States and the Soviet Union, so both of them produced important influence. But the immigrants suffer against from Arab country.This reflect the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.And It influence peace for the region.In short, the early 1950s Iraqi Jews immigrants in Israel is an important history of Iraq, is an important part of the early wave of immigrants in the State of Israel, and Jewish immigration is part of the world immigration, worthy of our study.
