Research On The Quality Of Home Care Service Based On SERVQUAL Model

China is a developing country with the largest population in the world, along with the accelerating process of population aging, China's elderly population justice unprecedented speed increased rapidly, along with the population aging and "not rich first old" problem, China is facing the huge pressure of endowment. Due to economic development and changes in the social environment, the traditional function of the family pension gradually weakened, has been difficult to make the main way to continue to assume responsibility for the elderly. And the existing pension institutions development is very uneven, there are all sorts of problems, the elderly into pension institutions exist certain psychological conflict. Therefore, pension institutions also difficult as implement the main way of pension. Home care to the family as the core, relying on the community, professional service agencies as the carrier, government support as the basis, taking into account the advantages of the traditional family old-age pension and agencies, both to enjoy professional home care service, at the same time, from the family's spiritual comfort by, which has been widely recognized in the elderly. As a kind of service, the quality of service and the level of the service is more and more concerned by people. The quality of home care service is not only directly related to the quality of life of elderly people in later years, but also related to the development of home care in our country at this stage. Therefore, this article takes the quality of home care services as the research object, and builds the quality model and index system of home care services, through empirical analysis, to explore the quality of home care services.The social embeddedness theory, welfare pluralism and Maslow's need hierarchy theory as the theoretical basis, based on the SERVQUAL model, in summing up the results of previous studies based on, the first analysis of the SERVQAUL model was applied to the applicability of the field of home care service constructed home care service quality model and index system; then taking Xi'an city as an example using the elderly survey data to verify the stability and effectiveness of the model and index system. Then in service gap (perceived quality-expected quality) principle, the two paired samples t test and IPA analysis of home care service quality, this paper evaluates. Finally, according to the results of empirical evaluation, from two aspects of dimensions of service quality and service content dimension to enhance the quality of home care for the elderly is suggested.The results of the study show that the current old-age home service quality in the general level, the elderly perceived quality of home care services is lower than expected quality, expectation and perception between exist a certain gap, the elderly home care service quality is not satisfied. From the point of view of content and dimension, the elderly to help clean service evaluation was the highest, followed by medical service, once again, is dining service, evaluation of recreation services, and help the emergency services of lower; from the point of view of service quality dimensions, the five categories of services, the service reliability, responsiveness and perceptibility of the evaluation of higher, and to ensure that the low and empathy evaluation. In view of the above research results, it is recommended to improve the quality of home care services from two aspects of service content and quality of service.
