Research On The Cohesiveness Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations In The New Era

The cohesive affinity of the Party is stressed frequently by the Central Committee.Growing its own cohesion is the important principles of the Communist Party of China's self-building.As a core leadership of the Party in the countryside,the Basic-level Party organization plays an important role and shoulders the great historical mission of rural construction.It is the strong support to improve the socialist new rural construction.The cohesive strength is directly related to the Party's ruling ability and the Party's ruling status.In a new epoch,with the deepening of the Reform and Opening up,the continuous development of the market economy and the advancement of legal state,the rural economy has accelerated its transformation and upgrading and the rural society has speeded up its transformation from tradition to modern.All of these put forward new and higher requirements on the rural Basic-level Party organization and the rural Basic-level Party organization's cohesive affinity is facing unprecedented challenges.After field survey,it is found that,under the background of the new era,the rural Basic-level Party organization appears different degree of weakening cohesion,which is even quite serious in some places.It has caused strong dissatisfaction of the masses,which is a serious threat to the rural Basic-level Party organization's identity and security.Therefore,how to simply solve the problem of rural Basic-level Party organization's cohesive affinity and how to effectively strengthen the rural Basic-level Party organization's cohesive affinity appear very urgent and necessary.On the basis of predecessors' research achievements and according to the rural Basic-level Party organization's cohesive force in the new period under new context,this paper is organized as follows.The introduction part mainly concerns the research basis,the significance,the research status at home and abroad,as well as the main content and creative predictable results of the research.It also talked about the research methods and the framework of the research.The first part of the thesis presents a scientific analysis of the general theory of the rural Basic-level Party organization's cohesive affinity,mainly from the definition of related concepts and the significance of enhancing the rural Basic-level Party organization's cohesive affinity.The second part of the thesis presents an analysis on the current situation of the rural Basic-level Party organization's cohesive affinity,Through methods such as questionnaire,the current study gives an in-depth understanding about the present situation of the rural Basic-level Party organization's cohesive affinity and summarizes the achievements and the main problems of the rural Basic-level Party organization's cohesive affinity construction.The third part analyzed the causes of the rural Basic Party organization's weakening cohesive affinity,from factors such as the political ecological environment,system and mechanism,personal qualities and the economic construction,etc.The fourth part puts forward that the rural Basic-level Party organization's cohesive affinity should be enhanced from the following four aspects: the construction of a harmonious civilized rural political ecological environment,the relationship between "the village two committees",the rural Basic Party organization's member and cadre construction and leading the rural economy construction.
