The core value is the value sta ndard that can best reflect the value demand and direction of a particular society.It is of great practical significance to realize the cultural identity and value identity of the people,to build the value connection between people and people,people and society.The core values education for students is a common practice in the world.Singapore since independence in 1965,has always attached great importance to the core values of education,vigorously improve the national quality,and construct the unique s ystem of moral education of citizens,resist the erosion of western culture,shaping the embodiment of their national character "Singapore spirit",has played a positive role.This paper intends to Singapore education core value concept,measures and experience as the object of study,through a comparative study and analysis on the effective path of socialist core value optimization of China's education.The research ideas of this study is: Based on a brief analysis of the core values of education process of history,from a historical dimension,in a comparative perspective,analysis of Singapore and China's core values education in educational objectives,educational content,educational methods and ways on the similarities and differences,summed up the common,provide a reference for C hina's socialist core values of education.In addition to the introduction,the framework of this thesis consists of four parts : the first part mainly summarizes the historical process of the core values of education,maybe divided into civil and moral education period,common values education period,character and civic education period of the three stage;the second part is theoretical basis of deep analysis of the core values of education,mainly from four aspects of Confucian ethics,civic education,pragmatism and new Thomas doctrine;the third part from the educational objectives,contents,methods,and approaches four aspects to discuss the core values of education with the implementation of the basic experience;the fourth part sums up the basic experience of the core values education in Singapore and its enlightenment to C hina,mainly including: the proportion of outstanding the traditional culture in the process of education;the core values of education into life education teaching method with practice;the educational method accords with the logical order of teaching content;adopt the strict management system;construct the education system of the whole nation.
