The Research For Enlightenment From Citizenship Education In Singapore

The citizenship education in Singapore is a foundation engineering of improving the national quality,building a harmonious society and promoting the prosperity like our ideological and political education.As a "rising star" in Asian,Singapore develops the characteristic theoretical system and gets the great result.China and Singapore both belong to Asian countries,and their historical background has many similarities.At present,our education faces many difficulties.So we have necessary to learn from Singapore and remould our education combine with the reality to break the bottleneck restrictions,achieve the innovative development.The thesis obtains the real relationship between citizenship education and ideological and political education from analyzing their connotation.Next,the third part introduces the theoretical guidance and actual operation process of Singapore citizenship education in detail,and summarizes the experience in the fourth part.The fourth part is also the foundation of the next research.The fifth part is the core of this article.It discusses how to improve the actual effect of ideological and political education in our country from the theoretical level and practical level.It also explores the effective experience and makes the suggestions about main leadership,guiding thought,objective and content,method,way of the ideological and political education.
