The Problems Of China's Marine Consciousness And Its Countermeasures

Twenty-first Century is an open century and is also the marine century,which is also the highlight of the century of marine awareness.This determines that we must attach importance to the issue of the sea,and comprehensively enhance the awareness of the sea.For China,it is necessary to explore the awareness of the relevant issues,to enhance the national awareness of the sea,so as to achieve the transformation of China from a big ocean country into a maritime power.This article mainly takes the marine consciousness as the research object,the article divides into five parts to carry on the research and the discussion.The first part introduces the basic theory of marine consciousness,including the connotation,types and characteristics of marine consciousness.The second part mainly takes the time as the main line,systematically reviews the historical evolution of Chinese marine consciousness,which is divided into three parts: Ancient Chinese marine consciousness,modern Chinese marine consciousness and contemporary Chinese marine consciousness.Based on the first two parts of the basic situation of ocean awareness,the third part introduces the problems and impacts of Chinese marine consciousness.Although the development of Chinese marine consciousness has gone through a tortuous process,from the overall point of view,it has been continuously strengthened and improved.However,there are still some problems,which are mainly manifested in the lack of awareness of Chinese marine,specific performance in the weak consciousness of Chinese territory,the weak awareness of Chinese marine education,the weak awareness of Chinese marine channels,the weak awareness of Chinese marine environmental protection and so on.The emergence of these problems not only affects the formulation of Chinese current marine policy,but also makes Chinese marine economic resources have been plundered and occupied,and also faces many challenges in the field of maritime justice.The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the weak awareness of the marine,Mainly due to the geographical environment,historical and cultural factors,economic characteristics,the characteristics of the government,the lag of legal construction and the lack of public participation.These factors hinder the development of Chinese marine consciousness at different levels.The fifth part is mainly aimed at the present situation of the weak ocean consciousness in China,and put forward some countermeasures to improve the marine consciousness of the whole people.
