Research On The Civil Property Declaration System In China

Property declaration system is internationally recognized as a basic system that can effectively prevent and mitigate corruption.For this special role,it has been hailed as "the final preservative under the sun" by international scholars".In the current situation of severe anti-corruption,the construction of an honest and clean government is imminent,this article will be the property declaration system of civil servants as the research center of the article,the article will be divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which explains the background,purpose and significance of the selected topic and the current research status of this subject both at home and abroad.The second part mainly introduces the concept of the basic problem,research the related concept about the property declaration system of civil servants and other terms of the origin and function are introduced,in order to pave the way for the following research.The third part is the key chapter of the article,the declaration system in China's development status mainly introduces the civil service property,and made an example of Xinjiang area,Zhejiang Cixi,Sichuan Aletai County,Guangdong Province,to show their own system in each area.However,the civil service property declaration system has not achieved good results in some parts of our country,and then leads to the third part points out some shortcomings and analyzes the reasons.As the property declaration system has a very important practical significance for the implementation of our legal system and anti-corruption work,it is urgent to rectify and perfect,and establish a property declaration system with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,at the end of this paper the suggestions,only really set up in line with China's national conditions and development needs of the property declaration system of civil servants,in order to objectively promote the cause of the positive progress in China.
