Research On Grassroots Social Governance Innovation Under The Vision Of "Internet +"

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China madethe decision of comprehensively deepen the reform of a number of major issues in the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC).For the first time,the nation has used the concept of social governance and highly advocate the effective transformation of social management to social governance combined with the development of the times.We must vigorously promote the national governance system and governance capacity of modernization,and innovate social governance system.Grassroots governance is an important part of social governance,which is also the focus and difficulty of social governance.Therefore,grassroots social governance innovation should also keep pace with the times to realize comprehensive and full use of the Internet so as to provide convenient conditions to enhance the ability and level of grassroots social governance.Informatization is the application characteristic of the "Internet +" in the grassroots social governance,and the way of application current stage of "Internet+" technology to achieve grassroots social governance innovation is imminent.From the perspective of Marxist social construction theory,the emergence and rise of the concept of "governance" is also the main academic background of this topic.Different from the traditional social management,the concept of "governance"emphasizes the cooperation of government,residents,social organizations and other forces in social affairs,and more reflects the trend of the return of management to society,and today's Chinese society The development process is fit,is to solve the current social management of the dilemma of a difficult way to try,and therefore by the government's attention,and gradually began by the social management to social governance changes.This article uses the literature research,the theory analysis,the case analysis and so on,in view of our current grassroots social governance existing question,analyzes how to use "Internet +" to realize the benign development of social governance.First of all,to clarify the grassroots society,"Internet+",community governance and other basic concepts,and social management and social governance of the differences were analyzed.Then it analyzes the existing problems of social governance at the grassroots level,clarifies the necessity of "Internet +" participation in urban community governance innovation,and analyzes its role.Subsequently,this paper introduces the case of Chengdu Youth Road community using "Internet +" to carry out grassroots social governance innovation model.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of "Internet +" participation in grassroots social governance,and expounds the vision of using "Internet +" technology to innovate grassroots social governance model.
