Analysis On The Construction Of Social Governance Capacity Of Grassroots Cadres In The New Era

As direct managers and participants at the grassroots level,grassroots cadres are an indispensable and important force for achieving good governance at the grassroots level.In the new era,grassroots cadres have established the concept of competence-based and people-oriented construction in the process of social governance capacity building,and the goals of social governance capacity building have been basically achieved,the benefits of capacity building have been basically realized,and the ways of capacity building have been continuously innovated,but there are still problems such as lack of clear and targeted goal orientation,moral leadership,policy guarantee and incentive measures in the actual construction.The causes of these problems are insufficient motivation of grassroots cadres,moral construction of cadres still lags behind,underutilization of grassroots technology construction and insufficient practical talents of cadres.In view of the above problems,this paper mainly proposes several countermeasures in terms of the components of social governance capacity of grassroots cadres: implementing responsibilities at all levels to strengthen administrative implementation capacity,establishing people-oriented thinking to optimize the capacity of serving the people,promoting the capacity of deliberation and consultation with multiple subjects,enriching technical means to improve the capacity of emergency management,and strengthening training and learning to enhance the capacity of peace building,so as to provide some suggestions for the study of social governance capacity building of grassroots cadres.In this way,we can provide some thoughts on the study of social governance capacity building of grassroots cadres.
