Intellectual Support-type Social Organizations Participate In The Research Of Grassroots Social Governance

The intellectual supportive social organization is a new form of social organizations.It is not only a supportive social organization,but also an organization type that can incubate,cultivate and improve the comprehensive service capacity and the overall development level of social organizations,and can improve the supply capacity of public services of community-level governments.Moreover,as a social think tank,it has certain functions.It is able to carry out researches on social governance issues at the community-level and promote the collaborative innovation and development of social organizations.This paper based on the social background analyzes the "pain points" of social governance that the community are faced with,combines with new requirements for innovating social governance that the Party central committee and the State Council and the party committees and governments at all levels have put forward,and introduces all the new demands for innovating social governance from the perspectives of local governments,social organizations and the ordinary,In this paper,three intellectual supportive social organizations were selected,and their basic conditions,personnel composition,organizational structure,business types and development status are compared through the analysis of cases.In addition,interviews were conducted to verify that those social organizations can play effective roles in community-level social governance.On this basis,the main advantages of the participation of social organizations with intellectual support in community-level social governance are summarized,including the development of the needs of all parties,the improvement of the level of community-level government services;enriching the participating forces of community-level social governance meeting the public demands for public services.Based on the actual situation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the participation of social organizations with intellectual support in community-level social governance,including that the results of participation in community-level social governance are not significant enough,the depth and breadth of participation in community-level social governance are insufficient,and that the ability of participation is insufficient.Then,it can be concluded that the development path of intellectual supportive social organizations is still being explored,the cultivation soil is not yet mature,and the security system still needs to be optimized.from the individual level of social organizations,the social level and the national level,Finally,this paper puts forward effective paths to promote the level that these social organizations participate in social governance,which is to improve the corresponding policies to promote the development of social organizations,to build the long-term multilateral coordination mechanism to promote the social management,and to stimulate the inner motivation of social organizations,to help them develop healthily.
