Research On The Legal System Construction Countermeasures Against Corruption In China Under The Background Of New Normality

Since the President Xi Jinping has adapted “New Normal” to analyze and explain the current economic stage in China,it is also used to explain the current stage of Anti-Corruption Campaign.The actual system of the anti-corruption in “New Normal”emphasizes to treat the system,not only from the political or power anti-corruption,but also generally referred to as systems,in order to establish a public health governance order pattern,which means “CANNOT CORRUPTION,DARENOT CORRUPTION,DONOT WANT TO CORRUPTION”.“New Normal” corruption is due to China's current anti-corruption ecological judgement and form a strategic design and arrangement.It is not simply continuing a traditional anti-corruption movement,but starting from “None Tolerance”,shows the public spirit of the anti-corruption or values of action specification systems,by following the standard of “People's position” to stable the long-term of the Community Party of China and considering the law and social thinking in the institutionalization of Public Power.Therefore,this is the ultimate shape of combating corruption,promoting integrity and stay vigilant against degeneration.With “New Normal”,we should advance in an all-around way the establishment of a system of combating corruption through both punishment and prevention and see to it that officials are honest,the government is clean and political integrity is upheld.We should improve the system of discipline supervision and inspection,improve the unified management of representative offices of Party commissions for discipline inspection and enable discipline inspectors to better play their role of supervision.This paper is going to explore and analyze the problems and causes of the legal construction of combating corruption and promote clean government and improve and innovate an ideal cultural ecology of clean government through the background of“New Normal”.With the high pressure of “New Normal”,we will have more time andspace to keep the Chinese-style path of combating corruption and promoting integrity.We will improve the legal construction of combating corruption in a deeper step by following the rule of law and legal systems,persisting in anti-corruption in an integrated way,addressing both its symptoms and root causes and combining punishment and prevention.Hence,legal anti-corruption will become the new normal state of combating corruption.
