As one of the important functions of modern government management,the impact of public management on the political,economic and cultural fields generated by growing,and governments around the world to get attention.Due to the government's public relations related to management,administration and communication and other multidisciplinary issues,this paper aims new media perspective and administrative functions,network communication theory and other media on the basis of a study,and I hope the new media age Local Government Public Relations issues in depth.Government use of the means of communication to spread the processing,coordinating the relationship between the government and the public,which is the core of the government's public relations,how to fight for the public's understanding in this process and create a good image of the government,so that the proper management of public affairs,for the current build service-oriented government has far-reaching significance.In this paper the Guangdong provincial government public relations in the new media age that exists as a research object,intended to put forward appropriate recommendations to improve.In this paper,using literature,case analysis and other methods,to the new media of the government to build public relations as a research goal,Guangdong TV using new media to build the government's public relations as an example to explore.Government public relations for local development has a major role.Construction of local media where the image,especially the new media in the Internet age has a greater contact.In the situation changing times,traditional media have begun to face a dilemma of their own development,particularly in the current situation,the television media also began to change by the impact of new media,the strong involvement of online media,television media in the dissemination of local culture and image Construction has also inevitably disturbed.So this study is under the new situation,how to build a government television media public relations,how to integrate with the Internet and other new media really would place more image to the public in shaping the image of the place with local characteristics play a better role.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction.Aspects of the research background and significance,research status,research methods and interpretation of content,etc.;the second part of the core concepts and basic theory of interpretation of the government's public relations theory are reviewed,lay the foundation for empirical research later;the first three-part analysis of new media in the role of government to build public relations,analysis of the value of new media in terms of public policy-making,the credibility of public relations to build and so on;the fourth part of Guangdong Province TV station in reality the government to build public relations as a case study subject,Guangdong Province and the use of traditional media and new media to build public relations aspects of the existence of the analysis;the fifth part,for problem analysis above,further put forward a sound advice.
