Research On The Work Of Social Organization United Front Under The Background Of Pluralistic Social Governance

Since the reform and opening up,the government functions transformed from social management into social governance,and from the original single government-centered social governance gradually into a multi-agent participation in the diversified social governance.With the vigorous development of our social organizations,it plays an irreplaceable role in taking the government transfer of public services.At the same time,the united front revolves around the center and serves the overall situation.With the development and progress of the society,the connotation and extension of the united front are continually expanding,and social organization becomes important positions and starting point for united front work.With the social organization as a link,through promoting the united front work of social organizations in order to better enable social organization to participate in social governance and play the advantages of social organization,it is something inherent in the united front to realize its own value.The study of the united front work of social organization in the context of the diversified social governance,On the one hand,it can deepen the theoretical research of social organization participating in social governance and promote the development of united front work of social organizations.On the other hand,it also enriches the practical concept of united front social organization participating in social governance.It can enrich the basic function of the united front work and promote the development of united front work.Based on the combing of the existing literature,this thesis persists in integrating theory with practice by the combination of literature research,factor analysis and qualitative analysis,and analyzes whether the united front work of the social organization can play a role in the diversified social governance and how the social organization works in the united front work.In the process of combing related concepts and theoretical basis,the author finds that the diversified social governance has a closely internal connection and an unignorable affinity with theunited front work of social organization no matter on the core idea or the relationship between the reality and the need;and social organizations bring together a large number of elite people in society,it can help the united front better integrate social resources,and more effectively reflect the demands of the masses,and expand the orderly political participation of the masses,and promote the development of united front work.But at the same time,in the investigation of development status of the united front work of social organization in Heze city,we found some problems that restrict development of the united front work of social organizations,and the united front work of social organization can not work very well because of the lack of external supervision and trust of social organization.Based on promoting the development of the united front work of social organization,and from the perspective of propelling the diversified social governance and the view of improving the external mechanism,coordinating the operation mechanism and perfecting the support and supervision mechanism,and strengthening the social organization’s own construction and the united front consciousness of social organization,the author proposed targeted measures and suggestions according to two aspects of promoting party construction of social organization and strengthening self-construction of the social organization and provide a useful reference for the people who engage in research and practice work of the social organization and the united front.
