Research On Chongqing Municipal Government Governance Innovation Under The Background Of “Internet +”

At present,mankind has entered a new era of the Internet.With the continuous development and upgrade of new information technologies,as well as the deep integration of traditional physical industry and the Internet,"Internet +" has become a new form of the society."Internet +" not only brings the Internet's innovative practice into multiple social-economic fields and everyday life,but also profoundly changes the structure and model of government governance.It not only changed the original social structure,making the network ideology and social values more diversified,but also broke the situation of information monopoly by government,promoting the enthusiasm of Internet users to participate in political issues and benefiting to create a "sunshine government." However,as our country is still in the critical period of social transformation,the traditional government management system cannot fully adapt to the new way of information transmission in "Internet +" era,and the characteristics of openness,distortion,asymmetry and stealthiness of the Internet further increase the difficulty of local government governance.Therefore,in the process of local government governance innovation,how to deal with the various challenges coming with the "Internet +" era,is an urgent task facing the current local government governance system,and also an important research topic.In this context,this paper will analyze and study the problem from six parts.The first part of the introduction,analyzed research background and significance Chongqing has encountered during the process of governance in the context of "Internet +".based on the governance theory,"Internet +" to review and summarize domestic and foreign research present situation,to lay a solid theoretical foundation for this thesis;The second part is mainly to comb "Internet +" and the theoretical basis for government management innovation,from the Internet,"Internet +" and big data,government management innovation to review and summarize the theory of three parts,help for the further analysis under the background of "Internet +" the Chongqing government governance innovation foundation;The third part is mainly to Chongqing under the background of "Internet +" governance analysis the present situation and problems,in order to better analyze the Chongqing under the background of "Internet +" governance innovation opportunities and challenges faced by;The fourth part,taking Chongqing as an example,analyzed the advantages and problems it has encountered during the process of governance in the context of "Internet +".The fifth part mainly analyzes the background of "Internet +" around the practice of governmentmanagement innovation,comparative analysis was conducted towards the implementation of "Internet +" actions in Beijing,Liaoning,Hebei,Henan,Chongqing and other provinces and cities,in order to provide useful experience and reference for Chongqing municipal government.Finally we put forward several countermeasures for governance innovation in Chongqing,which may help the local government to better adapt to the "Internet +" era.The innovation of this article is the research on the content of "Internet +" is the emerging things,about government management innovation under the background of "Internet +" research is still in its infancy,previous research results,not a system detailed research;In research on the method of local government management innovation is not only a question of administrative science,but it is also a political question,and will also involve legal,audit and related subject content,for such a complex multidisciplinary problem combined with "Internet+" a new era background,with the interdisciplinary research perspective innovation.
