Behavior Analysis Of Government Interaction With Villagers In The Process Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

The background of this paper is precision poverty alleviation,the main research and analysis is the poverty alleviation logic and behavior game between the government and the villagers during the process of poverty alleviation.Therefore,this paper adopts scientific research methods of literature research,case study method in interview,and selects the representative of Gui Zhou province D County of Qian Dong Nan as the research object,what's more,deeply visit the rural households and the vegetable garden of Qian Dong Nan 6 towns including 132 natural villages in D County,collect the specific situation of accurate poverty alleviation from the basic situation,analyzes the government and the villagers of poverty alleviation precise interaction in D county.The research object of this paper is D county where is located in hinterland of contiguous areas with special difficulties of the Moon Mountains and Lei Gong Mountain in Western Qian Dong Nan,there are many nationalities and cultures coexist,the living environment is poor.In precise poverty,what are the factors to restrict government and villagers interaction performance? What are the specific reasons for the existence of these factors? What kind of interaction mechanism should be constructed? These all problems will be the focus of this paper.Therefore,the theoretical basis for the specific discussion and analysis are the "governance theory","behavioral science theory" and "game theory",use the "pressure type" system,"campaign style governance" and "tournament system" to analyze the impact of the township government and the interaction of reason.Based on the precise poverty beneficial thinking,explore the mechanism of effective links and good operation of poverty alleviation accurate government and villagers interaction in the process,ensure the precise poverty effective responses to the party and the government's poverty alleviation strategy.At the same time,it can provide some experience reference and theoretical reference for the research on the anti poverty in the multi ethnic areas of the country.
