The Problems And Countermeasures Of Information Management In The Organization Of Gaochun District, Nanjing

As an important part of the party and national management, the organization management is an essential way of rational allocation of administrative resources. The organization management of the district government plays an important role of public sector reform for local government. It is also directly related to the prospects of the transformation of government functions. In recent years, the public function of COPSR (Commission Office for Public Sector Reform) is constantly strengthening, and the business scope is also expanding. It is necessary for COPSR to advance the information construction of organization management, to innovative management tools and methods, and to improve work efficiency. Informational management is not only able to meet the challenge of the information technology era, but also can solve the organization management problems. Informational organization management can provide information service and technical support for allocating administrative resources properly.In recent years, the construction of Informational organization management in Gaochun is developing. It has achieved some positive results, but during the process of informational management, many problems still exist. This paper embarks from the reality of a district public informational management. Surrounding the organization management platform of Gaochun district, it analyzed the main contributing factor of the problem and put forward the countermeasures to solve the problems. This article aims to realize the rationalization and scientific application of the information data resources of organization management, and to provide inspiration for the informational management for COPSR.
