Chinese non-profit corporation's number is growing persistently.Until the end of2015,non-profit corporation number is 662000 and the growth rate is 9.2%.In the science aspect,education aspect,culture aspect,health aspect,social relief aspect,charity aspect,ecological environmental protection aspect,non-profit corporation has played a unique role.Non-profit corporation has become an integral part in the modern society.Although non-profit corporation is growing persistently,it has inevitable problem.The most prominent problem of non-profit corporation is shorting of funds and it hindering the healthy development of non-profit corporation.To solve this problem,non-profit corporation has begun to carry out business activities.Non-profit corporation carrying out business activities resolve the problem of shortage of funds and enhance their independence ability,but there also has some problems.The problems includes the law about non-profit corporation carrying out business activities is not clearly defined,the regulation of non-profit corporation carrying out business activities is inadequate and there is a conflict between the law and the reality about non-profit corporation carrying out business activities.In order to stipulating non-profit corporation carrying out business activities,promoting the sustainable development of non-profit corporation and reference the advanced legislation and experience of other countries,and combine with the development of Chinese non-profit corporation current situation,in the last,the paper put forward suggestions of legal.The legislation explicitly allows non-profit corporation to carry out business activities and set relevant rules and restrict them in inside aspect and outside aspect.I hope this paper will provide some reference in the development of non-profit corporation of China.
