Research On The Marriage Of Illegal Immigrants Entering China

Illegal immigration is a global problem,and there are a number of illegal immigrants in China.These illegal immigrants in China tend to live together with Chinese citizens,and even form marriage and family with them,although such a marriage can not be recognized and protected by the existing laws of China.However,the marriage and family rights in international law do not take the nationality identity as a prerequisite,so the marriage rights of illegal immigrants should be protected.This paper introduces the origin and present situation of the illegal marriage in China and relevant international legal documents.It is hoped that more people will be encouraged to explore and study the issues of the illegal immigrants in our country,and to promote the improvement of relevant laws and regulations in China.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research significance,research status and research methods.The second part is an overview of China's illegal immigrants and their marriage,and the introduction of the imported illegal immigrants and their marital status.The third part will analyze the risk of imported illegal immigrants to form marriage in China.The fourth part will analyze the impact of illegal immigration on our country.The fifth part is about the analysis of family,marriage and children's rights,and refer to International Covenant on Civil and political rights and National Human Rights Action Plan(2016-2020).The sixth part is about the protection of the rights and interests of illegal immigrants.
