Research On The Employment Dilemma Of Migrant Workers And Countermeasures From The Perspective Of Inclusive Development

In recent years,with the advancement of urbanization development in our country,migrant workers have become one special group in the new urbanization process,This article chose the migrant workers as the research object and used the method of literature research and empirical research to research migrant workers' employment in the city.The study ensured the theory of dual labor market?social capital theory and social exclusion theory as this study's theoretical support,furthermore,this text do empirical research on the current situation of migrant workers according to the situation,the author arranged the difficulty in the migrant workers' employment and work out several beneficial countermeasures.The article worked out the basic concept of migrant workers employment and inclusive development.Starting from the connotation of inclusive development concept,guided by the participation and sharing dimension,build the guidance of inclusive development dimension based on fully read relevant documents and deeply comprehend migrant workers employment fundamental state,summarize the real situation of employment,such as inequality of employment opportunity,the restrict of employment ability;the competitive environment lack of justice and the migrant workers could not share the well-being of the city.Because of the limit of employment system,lack of skills,imperfect complicated system and other factors,the migrant workers have a variety of plight in the process of employment,so that they live on the edge of this city and could not integrate in the city life.Therefore,this article finally come up with corresponding recommendations as follows.Firstly,establish inclusive employment system;secondly,build an inclusive competition environment;finally,promote inclusive of supporting measures in order to realize that more migrant worker could share the social findings.The study put forward the project about how government,social organizations and individuals could do for the migrant workers employment system in order to provide a better environment for migrant workers.
