Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.With the shift in major social contradictions,the contradiction between the people's need for a better life and the unbalanced development has become increasingly prominent.With the continuous advancement of integration of urban and rural areas,the urbanization rate continues to increase.In China,the problem of social inclusion of the rural-to-urban migrants is serious.The way that migrant workers move from rural to urban has changed.With longer time and more stable to stay,more and more migrant workers settle in city with their family.Thus,the base number of rural-tourban migrant workers' children becomes large,and the average age of these children becomes younger.China is a country providing 9-year compulsory education,to guarantee migrant workers' children's right to access to education turns to be a social hot spot that relevant to social equity and social inclusion.Social inclusion is a concept with various dimensions.The social inclusion of rural-tourban migrant children contains identity,social interaction and educational inclusion.Based on population migration theory and social equity theory,this thesis,proceeding from the core concept,try to build the index system of rural-to-urban migrant workers' children among the three dimensions.A district in Chengdu City,Sichuan Province was taken an example.In the form of a questionnaire survey and scales were used to measure.The method to analyze including factor analysis and psychological scales.Conclusion is the dimensions of rural-to-urban migrant workers' children including identity,social communication inclusion and education inclusion.Influential factors contain age,resident permission,the ability of adaption,parents' education level and performance and grade at school.
