The Flow of migrant workers in our country gradually from temporary flow to urban resident, enter a new stage of social integration. Community integration is an effective way of migrant workers to adapt to urban society. Government departments proposed community-based action strategy and optimized the community service and management to promote community integration of migrant workers. Inclusive development has become a new era of development idea and development pattern. Participation and sharing is the core essence of inclusive development concept. The phenomenon of Economic acceptance, social exclusion, economic symbiotic relation isolation" exists in the process of Community integration for migrant workers. From the ideas of inclusive development, It is necessary to analyze the current situation and the reasons for migrant workers to integrate into the community, and to explore suggestions to promote community integration of migrant workers. The study used the method of literature research and empirical research to research community integration of migrant workers. First of all, summed up the essential factor of Community integration for migrant workers in the concept of inclusive development, constructed the Specific indicators system of community integration of migrant workers in the guidance of the concept of inclusive development. Secondly, combined with empirical research, using survey data to describe, analyze the current status of migrant workers into the overall community integration, compared the differences between the two generations of migrant workers in economic level, community interaction level and community management level, community public level and psychological level. And then analysis the causes of the present status of migrant workers community, establish a logistic regression model to human capital and social capital of migrant workers to the influence of the migrant workers community into condition carried on the thorough analysis.The results indicate that the overall the overall community integration of two generations of migrant workers is low, there are significant intergenerational differences between the first and second generation migrant workers. In genesis analysis, summed up the binary household registration system, the existing community management limited and migrant workers their own lack of human capital and social capital can hinder migrant workers into the urban community.
