Analysis Of The Current Situation Of Urban Ethnic Work In Qingdao And Research On Countermeasures

The city is the milepost of human civilization,is a regional political,economic,technological,cultural and educational center,city population concentration,complex composition,plays an important role in maintaining national unity and social stability.It is an inevitable trend for the development of modern society to seek the better life of the minority people in the city and realize their better development in the broad platform of the city.Therefore,to strengthen the city national work,provide a good social environment for migrant minority people,safeguard their legitimate rights and interests,let them feel the city better,share the reform and development of fruits,this is the direction of national work.In this paper,through the analysis of the national work from Qingdao which is a typical coastal city,in-depth analysis of the outstanding problems in the city to carry out national work in the whole society,such as the common understanding of city ethnic work is not in place,city national legal construction is to be five aspects to strengthen national policies and regulations,publicity is not enough,depth and breadth to help minority people adapt to the city life means,grassroots national work team is weak.To solve these problems,tries to comprehensively strengthen the publicity and education of national unity and progress,and gradually improve the laws and regulations of national city system,do a good job of service management,and actively explore the establishment of floating population of ethnic minorities affairs management system,strengthen the national city community put forward the improvement measures and suggestions on the five aspects of national basic work force to enrich and culture.The use of national theory and public management knowledge,combined with my own practice,the basic idea of promoting the city's ethnic work.In order to solve the problems encountered,city minority work in improving city minority service management level,in the field of maintaining national harmony and stability have certain reference significance.
