Local Government Key Livelihood Project Supervision Research

At present,China is at a new era of social and economical transformation and development,people's requirements and expectations to new life keeps rising.Supervision department in local government serves as an interface linking the preceding and the following,as a direct contact to the grassroots level,which should thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements from central government,province and city,at the mean time take care of people's vital interests and solve livelihood issues,the latter is the focus of the local government supervision.Local government is facing new supervision challenges: first,the efficiency of supervision should be enhanced to pay more attention to social and livelihood issues;second,supervision mechanism should be improved to take more arduous task;third,supervision approach should be diversified as social information degree is increasing.The purpose of focusing on the mechanism study of local government supervision and implementation on livelihood projects is by analyzing the issues in current supervision work to explore more completed supervision mechanism to guide practice,promote execution efficiency of the local government administrative work,speed up implementation of key livelihood projects,apply development results in more timely manner to benefit the people.Through in-depth studying of the implementation process of the supervision mechanism,taking supervision mechanism and related theoretical background as an analysis starting point,case studying on supervision and implement progress in Chengyang District country government of QingDao to carry out key livelihood projects,this article analyzes in depth the existing problems in the current implementation of supervision work from multiple aspects including perspective breadth,thinking depth,enforcement efficiency,rationalization degree of supervision,studies the importance of supervision in promoting key livelihood projects,proposes a new mechanism to enhance the supervision and management of key livelihood projects for further improvement of the supervision and execution level,provides important exploration and practice for local government to improve administrative efficiency.
