Study On Local Government Function In The Construction Of People's Livelihood

Local governments has an indispensable role in the promotion of local economic growth and balanced and coordinated development of regional economic.The reform and construction of the functions of the local government and the transformation of the mode of operation and the allocation of government functions should conform to the general direction of the reform of our government system and the practical characteristics and practical needs of the regional economic and social development.On the other hand,it is not difficult to see that the construction of the people's livelihood and the change of the functions of the socialist government are closely related from the process of building the people's livelihood.To some extent,the change of the functions of the local government has led to the development of the people's livelihood.Therefore,this paper aims to explore the role of local government functions in the development of China's livelihood,so that the two show a harmonious and mutual development relationship.Theory is the forerunner of practice,while guiding the practice of activities at the same time are constantly self-improvement and update,in the new era to improve people's livelihood as the background of the social construction environment,on the basis of ancient and modern experience and lessons of the solution the livelihood,to explore the basic law and attributes of the road of development of the socialist people's livelihood with Chinese characteristics and the organic integration of the people's livelihood theory and the people's livelihood are particularly necessary.This issue is divided into five parts: The first is to introduce the research,which mainly is about the background and significance of this research,the current situation and shortcomings of the current academic research on the subject and the research ideas and methods;the second part is the concept definition and theoretical basis,including the connotation of people's livelihood,the problems and performance of the people's livelihood,the concepts of local government and local government function,and the theoretical basis of the transformation of the local government function.The third part is the current situation of local government functions in improving people's livelihood,including the functions of the local government's livelihood and the dislocation and absence of the functions of the local government's livelihood.The fourth part is the improvement of people's livelihood and the transformation of local government functions.It mainly elaborates the realistic logic and political implication between the transformation of local government functions and the improvement of people's livelihood.The fifth part is the path of the transformation of the functions of local government's livelihood,including the role of the reconstruction of government functions,improve local government service capacity and promote local government system innovation.Based on the theory of government function,this paper analyzes the current situation and predicament of local government functions in the construction of people's livelihood,reveals its internal reasons and puts forward some constructive policies and suggestions,hoping it is helpful to promote the construction of our people's livelihood and the government construction.
