Research On Claim Management Of Construction Project Contract

In recent years,China's construction of market economy because of its rapid development in the constantly changing,more and more large scale engineering projects have become more and more complex environment for the implementation of the project,the environmental risk factors in every kind of breeding sprout,lead to the construction contract in the performance of the existence of every kind of problems in the process,if not very appropriate to deal with such problems,is likely to affect the cooperation between the two sides of the contract.Therefore,it is very important to distinguish the responsibility of both parties in the construction market of our country.Construction claim events occur in the contract in each phase,need in contract documents based on the basis of the treatment,the claim management plays an important role in the role in the performance of the contract,to the interests of both sides of the conflict more reasonable.The application of contract management claim is the main content of this paper,which is of great significance for both parties and the development of China's construction industry.This paper first analyzes the problems of construction project construction contract management status and management,and more deeply research on claim management in construction process of the inevitable encounter,the most important job of the construction management of the construction project contract is the claim management.In this paper,firstly,the definition of claim is summarized,and the standard operating procedure of claim is introduced.Finally,through the analysis of the real contract management claims cases,confirmed the claim management in the construction contract management and even the importance of enterprise management.Based on the analysis of the present situation of claim management of construction contract in our country,this paper studies the detailed calculation of the time limit in the contract claim.Sincerely hope that the rapid development of China's economy will promote China's construction market will be fully open to the international.
