In the history of China,Guizhou was once the hardest hit Province,especially after the first Opium War to the early days of the founding of People's Republic of China.In the early 80 s of last century,the international drug traffickers take advantage of our country in the reform and opening up,with a variety of illegal routes,regardless of the means to bulk drugs smuggled into the country.In the international name of "Golden Triangle" and "Golden Crescent" drug "production and supply and marketing" base on China's Yunnan,Guizhou,Xinjiang and other provinces.Based on the unique location of the region,a large number of illegal drugs abroad continue to flood into Guizhou.The various factors leading to Guizhou "poison wind",the fight against drug crime go15.Guizhou has not only become a drug consumer market,the domestic drug manufacturing problem is very serious.P county is located in the west of Guizhou Province,in conjunction with the Department of Yunnan,Guizhou and Guangxi Province,three,from Shanghai to the Yunnan border city of Ruili highway 320 and Shanghai Kunming Expressway across the East,Nanning Kunming railway runs through the north and the south,Yunnan to enter the portal in Guizhou recently.Due to the special geographical location,convenient traffic conditions,so that P county has become the main channel of Golden Triangle drug trafficking in the mainland,Guizhou has become a major cause of drug crimes.Based on the data of the basic people's court in P County of Guizhou Province,this paper uses the questionnaire to read the documents.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the basic situation of drug crime in the area,and then analyzes the current situation and causes of drug crime in the region.This paper is divided into four parts,namely the introduction: thefirst chapter: the basic situation of the investigation and analysis;the second chapter: the cause of the crime of drug in P County;the third chapter: the control and suggestion of drug crime in P county.The introduction is mainly for the purpose of this paper,the reasons for choosing P County research and the writing method,the introduction is the basis of this paper.The basic situation and analysis of the investigation,that is,the phenomenon of crime in this chapter,the main contents include the basic situation and the main characteristics of P County drug crimes.In this chapter,the author analyzes the causes of drug crime in P county from the natural and social factors.And this chapter P County drug crime control,mainly from the P County drug crimes including: Based on geographical spreading and resolutely combating illicit cultivation,precise poverty alleviation employment,development of education,improve the quality of policy guidance four bans simultaneously;P County drug crimes include: gradually improve rehabilitation measures and further to strengthen the anti drug propaganda,drug crime death penalty restriction,big data and precise treatment.
