?Law of Tang Dynasty?as known as the T ang Code is finished in657 AD.There are 12 articles(30scrolls)in it.It is a complete code of the earlies t ancient times.It is widely acclaimed.“it is the most fair code based on The book of Rites”.Tang Emperors attached importance to clean up the officials in order to rule the people.In the field of duty crimes,the law of Tang Dynasty can be re garded as the master of the former laws because it made a relatively detailed norms for duty crimes.In addition to some charges including embezzlement,it also lis ts other forms of duty crim es,originates the word “Six Bribes”and develops rules based on “Law for Duty”with other chapters supplemented.As the m aster of traditiona l Chinese law,"Law of T ang Dynasty" influenced the ancient legislations after the Tang Dynasty,and the norms for duty crime had also made great progress comparing with the laws before.It is of great significance to punish corruption and bribery even nowad ays.In add ition,training for today's judicial work and the virtue,?Law of Tang Dynasty?provides both traditional and unique ideas from the legislation and the enlightenment.
