Research On The Institutionalization Of Trust In China's Grassroots Government

The government trust occupies the core position in the social trust system,which is the necessary navigation mark for the construction of good public life in any modern democratic country.Government trust is an interactive relationship between citizens and government.It is a psychological phenomenon of the public believes,trusts and supports.At present,there are some contradictory indicators between social management ability and public service capacity of government and the growing demand of the public interests.The social conflicts occur continually in the local society of china,thus to some extent,affect the public confidence in the basic-level government and even the whole administrative system.This article try to prove feasible countermeasures of the institutionalization construction of the basic-level government from formal institution,informal institution and the community values.Through reading some related literature,it provides some available ideas and operational methods for the construction of government trust.
