Research On Urban Community Home Care Services From The Perspective Of Social Workers

China has entered the aging society,along with the city community Empty Nester,the elderly,the elderly gradually increased,the problem of the elderly has become a hot issue of concern to the people's livelihood.In recent years,relying on the community home care methods gradually into the urban community,the elderly life.The state has comprehensively promoted the construction of service facilities for community home aged care,and the urban community home care service model has become a powerful measure to improve people's livelihood and crack down on urban residents' pension difficulties.This article from the perspective of social work,to participate in the literature research method,observation method and interview method,through the intensification of the aging of the population in Xi'an City,explore the investigation of government to promote the construction of city community,community home care plays in the reality operation effect and existing difficulties,to interpret the city community service pension plays an increasingly important role in the life of the elderly,and to illustrate the confusion and difficulties of home care currently exist in the operation,the thinking and research,and put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions,improve and develop our hope for the city community home care services.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter,the main research background of city community home endowment service at present;theoretical and realistic significance of research;analysis and careful combing of literature about the community endowment at home and abroad;the definition of related concepts;the basis of this study theory;literature research method,using participant observation method no,structured interviews,social work and other research methods.The second chapter,from the perspective of social work,to participate in the literature research method,observation method,non structured interviews,social work,the Xi'an city Y District D street under the jurisdiction of the community and the elderly,the basic situation of home-based care services in the community development,field research,construction of the community home-based care services station hardware facilities,flexible service activities provided,illustrate the importance and necessity of community home care services in the elderly residents,and social workers in community elderly home care service case analysis,that social workers involved in community home care,which plays an important role in the community old-age home in.The third chapter,the community endowment in the reality operation difficulties,from the professional point of view,to the community elderly day care room mostly in the idle state,community endowment risk responsibility,family endowment "POC"information service platform for the elderly and facing financial stagnation,restaurant dining old dilemma love,Empty Nester "day one door" service in reality is limited and the old community service volunteers,volunteer team construction,community home-based care services project is difficult to maintain long-term dilemma analysis.The fourth chapter,social workers in the community home care services,the use of social work methods,put forward suggestions for the improvement of community endowment,including seeking financial support policies,improve infrastructure environment;strengthen the endowment professional talents reserve and training,improve the medical service ability;good community home care legal support and accident risk protection;do the needs of the elderly research,to provide accurate service for the aged;transformation and so on to rely on administrative ideas,actively seek more resources to support;to do community endowment policy advocacy;effective integration,the use of internal and external resources;outstanding community home-based care services,carry out rich and colorful cultural and sports activities;to attract retired community workers,industry people,organize elderly volunteer service activities;constantly review and reflection,to improve the community home care Service mode.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and reflection.This paper summarizes the role of urban community home care services in real life,and the role of social workers in community home care services.Explain the innovation of this research,and reflect the deficiency of the research.
