A Comparison Between Xunzi And Han Fei's Ideology

With the continuous improvement of the rule of law in our country,people's thinking,consciousness and behavior have undergone tremendous changes.However,even in the context of the rule of law,morality is very important.At present,there are many phenomena such as moral decline and weak rule consciousness in our country.Education is an important part of our country's excellent traditional culture.Therefore,this paper sums up the value of modern moral education by comparing Xunzi with Han Fei's enlightenment,thus reflecting the importance of enlightenment and solving the existing problems better.Xunzi is the representative figure of Confucianism,which has developed in Confucianism.As a student of Xunzi,Han Fei is the integrator of legalist ideology.This paper analyzes and studies through four parts.The first part introduces the background,purpose and significance of this thesis.Research status at home and abroad;Research ideas,methods and innovations.The second part introduces the characteristics of The Times and the spirit of The Times,and the enlightenment thought of Xunzi and Han Fei is formed in this social context.It also makes a detailed summary of their educational thought content and lays a solid theoretical foundation for the comparison between them.The third part: from the statecraft,starting point of ethics,cultivating method from three aspects of Xunzi and Han Fei enlightenment thought has carried on the comparative analysis,it is concluded that the similarities and differences between the two.The fourth part: through the understanding of the state,society and individual,the author sums up the value of modern moral education of Xunzi and Han Fei.In this paper,the enlightenment and value of modern moral education are explored by comparing the educational thoughts of Xunzi and Han Fei.
