In the traditional culture of China,the most important emphasis on human moral education is the Confucian school and the important exposition from the Confucian ancestors,especially in the pre-Qin period,which has made outstanding contributions for thousands of years later China's ethical culture heritage.Xunzi as a famous thinker,educator,is also one of the representatives of Confucian.Through the spring and autumn and Warring States period of hundreds of years of continuous war,summing up the wars and the chaos of society,he put forward the thought of changing human nature then rise the moral acquired in order to make people pay attention to moral cultivation and return to ethical norms and social ritual.At present,in the globalization,information and socialization,we explore and expound the theory of rectification for human nature,which is proposed by Xunzi.The creation of this thought is influenced by productivity revolution,political turmoil,cultural contention during the indulgence desire,so correction of human nature must be man-made intervention.Xunzi's the concept of heaven and man break through the ancient concept about relationship between heaven and man in an ancient naive materialism.He think that nature is regular and advocate the development of human subjective initiative to change the world and his own virtue.Secondly,there is a complete framework in the thought of changing human nature then rise the moral acquired.The necessity is the persistent pursuit for gentleman personality in Confucian tradition and requirements in social stability.The possibility is due to people's heart perception,thinking about consciousness,living in a group of human society.In performance,the moral king formulates the ritual to make people become gentlemen as
